摘  要:为提高古龙页岩油增产改造效果,通过开展古龙页岩岩石力学参数测试实验,明确岩石力学参数对古龙页岩裂缝扩展的影响,优化页岩油储层射孔方式、簇间距、支撑剂粒径组合及类型、压裂施工控制工艺,改进古龙页岩油复合体积压裂技术。结果表明:古龙页岩岩石垂直页理方向上平均弹性模量为6.46 GPa,小于平行页理方向的平均弹性模量;页岩岩石表现脆性特征,抗拉强度及断裂韧性实验验证了页岩沿页理方向形成的裂缝更易扩展延伸;单段7簇35孔射孔方式能够保证人工裂缝的密集程度、增加裂缝网络长度,提高页岩储层体积改造效果;簇间距为7 m时,裂缝缝高有一定提升,容易形成复杂缝网;以70/140目、40/70目与30/50目粒径按照6∶3∶1的比例组合的支撑剂能有效支撑裂缝网络,为油气渗流建立通道。研究成果对实现古龙页岩油效益勘探与开发具有重要意义。In order to improve stimulation effect of Gulong shale oil,test experiment of Gulong shale rock mechanical parameters is carried out to clarify influence of rock mechanical parameters on Gulong shale fractures propagation,optimize perforation mode,cluster spacing,proppant particle size combination and types and fracturing operation controlling technique for shale oil reservoir,and improve Gulong shale oil composite volume fracturing technology.The results show that average elastic modulus of Gulong shale rock perpendicular to lamellation direction is6.46 GPa,less than that parallel to lamellation direction.Shale rock shows brittleness.Experiments of tensile strength and fracture toughness verify that fractures formed in shale along lamellation direction are easier to propagate.Single stage with 7 clusters containing 35 perforations can ensure hydraulic fractures density,increase fracture network length and improve volume stimulation effect of shale reservoir.When cluster spacing is 7 m,fracture height increases to a certain extent,and it is easy to form complex fracture network.Proppant with particle size of70/140 mesh,40/70 mesh and 30/50 mesh in proportion of 6∶3∶1 can effectively prop the fracture network and form a channel for oil and gas flow.The research has great significance to realize effective exploration and development of Gulong shale oil.
