中药干预气虚质封闭抗体阴性复发性流产的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:分析中药自拟方在气虚质封闭抗体阴性复发性流产(RSA)治疗中的应用效果。方法:本次研究对象来源于梅州市人民医院2019年1月-2021年9月确诊的80例气虚质封闭抗体阴性RSA患者,根据抽签法分为观察组与对照组,每组40例。对照组接受淋巴细胞主动免疫治疗及黄体支持治疗,观察组在对照组基础上接受中药自拟方治疗。对比两组封闭抗体转阳率、妊娠率、流产率、活胎分娩率及不良反应发生率。结果:观察组封闭抗体转阳率为75.00%(30/40),高于对照组52.50%(21/40),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组妊娠率、活胎分娩率均高于对照组,流产率低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:自拟益气补虚、培补脾肾方可有效提高气虚质封闭抗体阴性RSA患者封闭抗体转阳率、妊娠率、活胎分娩率,降低流产率,且无明显不良反应,安全性较高。Objective:To analyze the application effect of self-made prescription of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of recurrent spontaneous abortion(RSA)with negative blocking antibody due to Qi deficiency.Method:The subjects of this study were from 80 patients with RSA with negative blocking antibody due to Qi deficiency in Meizhou People’s Hospital from January 2019 to September 2021.They were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the lottery method,40 cases in each group.The control group was given active lymphocyte immunotherapy and corpus luteum support therapy,the observation group was given self-made prescription of traditional Chinese medicine on the basis of the control group.The positive rate of blocking antibody,pregnancy rate,abortion rate,live birth rate and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between two groups.Result:The positive conversion rate of blocking antibody in the observation group was 75.00%(30/40),which was higher than 52.50%(21/40)in the control group(P<0.05).The pregnancy rate and live birth rate in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the abortion rate was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Self-made Yiqi Buxu and Peibu Pishen Prescription in RSA patients with negative blocking antibody due to Qi deficiency can effectively improve the positive rate of blocking antibody,pregnancy rate,live birth rate,and reduce the abortion rate,and without obvious adverse reactions,it is safe higher.
