摘 要:目的分析薄型子宫内膜不孕症患者采用仿生物电刺激治疗的自然妊娠情况及其妊娠结局,为优化薄型子宫内膜治疗方案提供理论依据。方法回顾性分析46例22-35岁采用仿生物电刺激治疗薄型子宫内膜不孕症计划内自然妊娠患者的临床资料。结果相比治疗前,治疗后患者子宫内膜厚度明显增厚,子宫动脉血流阻力指数、搏动指数均明显下降,A型子宫内膜比例增加,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。22例患者计划内妊娠,妊娠率为47.83%,其中1例(4.55%)自然流产,1例(4.55%)胚胎停育行清宫术,20例(90.91%)继续妊娠至分娩。妊娠期并发症发生率为35.00%(7/20)。共顺利分娩20例新生儿,均为单胎,足月儿15例(75.00%),早产儿5例(25.00%)。结论仿生物电刺激治疗薄型子宫内膜不孕症患者可以增加子宫内膜厚度,改善子宫动脉血流灌注,实现自然妊娠,妊娠期及产后无严重并发症。Objective To analyze the natural pregnancy and pregnancy outcome of thin endometrial patients receiving biobiological electrical stimulation,and to provide a theoretical basis for optimizing the thin endometrial treatment plan.Methods The clinical data of 46 patients aged 22 to 35 years who received bioelectric stimulation for natural pregnancy in thin endometrial infertility program were retrospectively analyzed.Results Compared with before treatment,endometrial thickness was significantly thickened,uterine artery blood flow resistance index and pulsatile index were significantly decreased,and the proportion of type A endometrial increased after treatment,with statistical significance(P<0.05).There were 22 patients with planned pregnancy,and the pregnancy rate was 47.83%,including 1 case(4.55%)spontaneous abortion,1 case(4.55%)embryo suspension and uterine clearance,and 20 cases(90.91%)continued pregnancy until delivery.The incidence of complications during pregnancy was 35.00%(7/20).A total of 20 neonates were successfully delivered,all single,15 full term infants(75.00%)and 5 premature infants(25.00%).Conclusion Biomimetic electrical stimulation can increase endometrial thickness,improve uterine artery blood perfusion and achieve natural pregnancy in patients with thin endometrial infertility,without serious complications during pregnancy.
