摘　　要：目的探讨早期综合干预对体外受精-胚胎移植患者肌内注射黄体酮致局部不良反应的效果。方法选取120例接受体外受精-胚胎移植转化日当天肌内注射黄体酮患者,根据患者病案编号尾数,奇数60例设为对照组,偶数60例设为研究组。对照组采用常规护理,研究组采用早期综合干预。比较两组患者注射后疼痛程度、红肿发生率及皮下硬结程度情况。结果研究组干预后视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分为(2.18±1.37)分,对照组为(5.00±1.93)分,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患者红肿发生率10.00%,显著低于对照组的36.67%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患者皮下硬结程度显著轻于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论早期综合干预可明显减少体外受精-胚胎移植患者肌内注射黄体酮所致的局部不良反应,值得临床推广与应用。Objective To investigate the effect of early comprehensive intervention on local adverse reactions induced by intramuscular injection of progesterone in patients with in vitro fertilization-embryo transfer.Methods 120 patients receiving intramuscular injection of progesterone on the day of in vitro fertilizing-embryo transfer were selected.According to the mantissumes of patient records,60 patients with odd numbers were set as the control group,and 60 patients with even numbers were set as the study group.Routine nursing was used in the control group and early comprehensive intervention was used in the study group.The pain degree,the incidence of redness and swelling and the degree of subcutaneous induration were compared between the two groups.Results The visual analog scale(VAS)score was(2.18±1.37)in the study group and(5.00±1.93)in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of redness and swelling in study group was 10.00%,which was significantly lower than that in control group(36.67%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The degree of subcutaneous sclerosis in the study group was significantly lighter than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Early comprehensive intervention can significantly reduce the local adverse reactions caused by intramuscular injection of progesterone in patients with in vitro fertilization-embryo transfer,which is worthy of clinical application.
