宫颈双球囊在中期妊娠引产中的应用

摘　　要：中期妊娠引产是孕13~27^(+6)周主要的终止妊娠方式。中期妊娠引产的方法有多种,其中米非司酮配伍乳酸依沙叶睫或配伍米索前列醇是我国目前最常用的引产方式,但对于合并肝肾功能不全等药物禁忌证,或羊水过少、胎膜早破、或药物引产后宫颈仍不成熟等特殊情况的孕妇,单独或联合使用宫颈双球囊(CDB)可以起到良好的引产效果。本文针对CDB在中期妊娠弓|产中的应用做以下综述。Induction of labor in the second trimester is the main method of tennination of pregnancy at 13〜27^(+6) weeks of gestation.There are many ways to induce labor in mid-pregnancy.Among them,mifepristone combined with ethacridine lactate or misoprostol are the most common method of labor induction in China.For pregnant women under special circumstances such as oligosclerosis,premature rupture of membranes,or immature cervix after medical induction,cervical double balloon(CDB)alone or in combination can have a good effect on labor induction.In this paper,the application of CDB in the induction of labor in the second trimester is reviewed as followed.
