清热解毒类中药治疗慢性盆腔炎的效果观察

摘　　要：目的观察清热解毒类中药治疗慢性盆腔炎的临床效果。方法选取86例慢性盆腔炎患者,按照随机抽签法分为对照组与试验组,每组43例。对照组采用西药治疗,试验组采用清热解毒类中药治疗。比较两组临床疗效、不良反应发生情况及治疗前后生活质量评分。结果试验组治疗总有效率为95.35%,显著高于对照组的79.07%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组患者不良反应发生率为2.33%,明显低于对照组的18.60%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组生活质量评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组生活质量评分高于治疗前,且试验组明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论清热解毒类中药治疗慢性盆腔炎患者效果显著,可有效降低不良反应发生率,提高患者生活质量,值得临床推广与应用。Objective To observe the clinical effect of Heat-clearing and detoxifying Traditional Chinese medicine on chronic pelvic inflammatory disease.Methods 86 patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease were randomly divided into control group and experimental group,43 cases in each group.The control group was treated with western medicine,the experimental group was treated with heat-clearing and detoxification Traditional Chinese medicine.The clinical efficacy,adverse reactions and quality of life scores before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of experimental group was 95.35%,which was significantly higher than 79.07% of control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in experimental group was 2.33%,which was significantly lower than 18.60% in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in quality of life scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,quality of life scores of the two groups were higher than before,and the experimental group was significantly higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In patients with pelvic inflammatory disease,the treatment program of heat-clearing and detoxifying Traditional Chinese medicine has obtained significant therapeutic effect,can effectively reduce the incidence of adverse reactions in patients,and improve the quality of life of patients,which is worthy of clinical application.
