摘　　要：目的:分析自拟利咽生津茶联合针灸治疗肺阴亏虚型慢性单纯性咽炎的临床效果。方法:将2020年1月—2021年9月上海市浦东新区东明社区卫生服务中心门诊诊治的肺阴亏虚型慢性单纯性咽炎患者153例随机分成三组,每组51例。A组口服溶菌酶含片,1片/次,4次/d;B组采用自拟利咽生津茶治疗,每天1剂;C组采用在B组基础上联合针灸治疗,隔日1次;三组均连续治疗4周。采用“慢喉痹中医症候分级量化评分量表”观察三组治疗前后的症状体征积分,评价疗效。结果:A组、B组、C组的治疗总有效率分别为66.67%、80.39%、90.20%,C组治疗效果明显高于另两组(P<0.05)。治疗后,C组症状体征总积分、症状体征改善情况均优于A组和B组(均P<0.05)。结论:自拟利咽生津茶联合针灸治疗肺阴亏虚型慢性单纯性咽炎可明显提高整体疗效,改善患者症状,值得临床推广。Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of Liyan Shengjin tea combined with acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of chronic simple pharyngitis of lung-yin deficiency type.Methods:From January 2020 to September 2021,153 patients with chronic simple pharyngitis of lung-yin deficiency type treated in Dongming Community Health Service Center of Pudong New District,Shanghai were randomly divided into three groups with 51 cases in each group.Group A took orally lysozyme buccal tablets,1 tablet/time,4 times/day;group B was treated with self-made Liyan Shengjin tea,1 dose per day;group C was treated with acupuncture and moxibustion on the basis of group B,once every other day.All groups were treated for 4 weeks.The symptoms and signs scores of the three groups before and after treatment were observed by using the“chronic throat arthralgia TCM symptom grading quantitative scale”to evaluate the curative effect.Results:The total effective rates of group A,group B,and group C were 66.67%,80.39%,and 90.20%,respectively.The therapeutic effect of group C was significantly higher than that of the other two groups(P<0.05).After treatment,the total score of symptoms and signs and the improvement of symptoms and signs in group C were better than those in groups A and B(all P<0.05).Conclusion:Self-made Liyan Shengjin tea combined with acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of chronic simple pharyngitis with lung-yin deficiency type can significantly improve the overall curative effect and improve patient symptoms,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
