摘　　要：目的:了解上海市静安区妇女病患病情况及变化趋势,为妇女病的防治提供依据。方法:采用回顾性的研究方法,对2011-2020年10家普查医疗机构504268名20~75岁已婚妇女的妇女疾病普查结果进行分析。结果:上海市静安区妇女疾病的平均检出率为21.27%,子宫肌瘤、宫颈炎、卵巢肿块、乳腺肿块、阴道炎发病位居前五位。2011-2020年上海市静安区的子宫肌瘤检出率呈上升趋势,宫颈炎呈下降趋势,宫颈癌前病变呈上升趋势(均P<0.05)。女性恶性肿瘤发生率前三位依次为乳腺癌、宫颈癌、卵巢癌。结论:2011-2020年上海静安区妇科常见病疾病谱发生了变化,两癌(乳腺癌、宫颈癌)防治仍是重点。Objective:To understand the disease situation and changing trend of women’s diseases in Jingan District,and to provide basis for the prevention and treatment of women’s diseases.Methods:A retrospective research method was used to analyze the results of women’s disease screening among 504268 married women aged 20-75 years in 10 screening medical institutions from 2011 to 2020.Results:The average detection rate of women’s diseases was 21.27%in Jingan District,Shanghai,uterine fibroids,cervicitis,ovarian mass,breast mass,and vaginitis ranked the top five.From 2011 to 2020,the detection rate of fibroid showed an upward trend,cervicitis showed a downward trend,and cervical precancerous lesions showed an upward trend(all P<0.05).The top three cancers in women were breast cancer,cervical cancer and ovarian cancer.Conclusion:From 2011 to 2020,the spectrum of common gynecological diseases has changed and prevention and treatment of two cancers(breast cancer and cervical cancer)is still the focus.
