性信息素对灯光诱捕甜菜夜蛾效果的影响

摘　　要：为明确性信息素对灯光诱杀效果的影响,以甜菜夜蛾为研究对象,设置杀虫灯、性诱捕器、杀虫灯与性信息素组合3个处理,调查甜菜夜蛾发生期高峰期内各处理的成虫诱捕数量。结果表明:杀虫灯与性信息素组合诱捕雄蛾总量为3832头,显著多于杀虫灯单独使用的诱捕雄蛾数量(1954头),且高于杀虫灯和性诱捕器分开使用时诱捕雄虫的总和(2806头);杀虫灯与性信息素组合诱捕雌蛾总量(576头)显著少于杀虫灯单独使用时的雌蛾诱捕数量(864头),雌雄性比显著降低。这表明在杀虫灯上放置性信息素,可显著增大杀虫灯对甜菜夜蛾雄蛾的诱捕数量,但对雌蛾诱捕不利。因此,应用理化诱控技术诱杀甜菜夜蛾成虫时,建议将杀虫灯和性诱捕器单独使用。In order to explore the effect of sex pheromone on the light trapping,Spodoptera exigua was used as research object and three treatments including light trap,sex pheromone trap,combination of light trap and sex pheromone were designed to investigate the number of trapped adults during the peak occurrence of Spodoptera exigua.The results indicated that the total number of male moths trapped by the combination of light trap and sex pheromone was 3832,significantly more than that by light trap alone(1954),also more than the total number of male moths separately trapped by light and sex pheromone(2806).However,the total number of female moths trapped by the combination was 576,significantly less than that by light trap alone(864).The sex ratio of female to male of the combination was significantly lower than that of light trap alone.This indicated that placing sex pheromone on the light trap could significantly increase the number of trapped male adults,but it was unfavorable to trap female adults.Therefore,it was recommended to use light trap and sex trap separately for trapping adults of Spodoptera exigua by physicochemical trapping technique.
