石榴皮止泻散急性毒性研究

摘　　要：本研究目的在于评价石榴皮止泻散的安全性。依据农业部兽药研究技术指导原则,采用大鼠和小鼠两种实验动物经口给药,观察其对受试动物的急性毒性。结果显示:将石榴皮止泻散水煎液按5000 mg/kg体重给大、小鼠灌胃,不能引起试验动物死亡或发生主要脏器病变,即石榴皮止泻散对大、小鼠经口急性毒性试验的LD_(50)大于5000 mg/kg体重,证明其实际无毒;将石榴皮止泻散水煎液按120 g/kg体重对小鼠进行经口急性毒性试验,未出现明显的毒性反应和剖检病变;将石榴皮止泻散水煎液按60 g/kg体重对大鼠进行经口急性毒性试验,未出现明显的毒性反应和剖检病变。表明该制剂具有较高的安全性。In order to evaluate the safety of Pomegranate Peel Antidiarrheal Dispersions,acute toxicity test was carried out.According to the technical guidelines for veterinary drug research of ministry of Agriculture,rats and mice were administered orally to observe the acute toxicity of the drug to the tested animals.The results showed that the pomegranate peel antidiarrheal dispersions aqueous decoction was given 5000 mg/kg weight to rats and mice,but it could not cause the death of the experimental animals or the main organ lesions.The LD_(50) of Pomegranate Peel Antidiarrheal Dispersions,to rats and mice was more than 5000 mg/kg weight,which proved that it was actually non-toxic.The acute oral toxicity test of pomegranate peel antidiarrheal dispersions aqueous decoction was carried out on mice with 120g/kg body weight,and no obvious toxic reaction or pathological changes were found.The acute oral toxicity test of pomegranate peel antidiarrheal dispersions aqueous decoction was performed on rats at 60g/kg body weight,and no obvious toxic reaction or pathological changes were found.It indicates that the preparation has high safety.
