552例男性HPV感染者基因型分布及临床特征分析

摘　　要：目的:分析人乳头瘤病毒在男性感染者中的基因型分布及临床特征。方法:回顾性分析我院2017年1月至2021年7月HPV基因分型检测阳性的男性患者临床资料。结果:共分析552例男性HPV感染者,其中HPV6、11、16和51是最常见的感染亚型,占比分别为35.51%、23.73%、16.49%、10.14%。HPV高危亚型占63.95%(单纯高危型感染占比+高低危混合型感染占比)。单一感染占比为56.88%,多重感染(含二重感染)占比为43.12%。与临床联系方面,552例男性HPV感染者中,335例(60.69%)表现为尖锐湿疣,以HPV6、11型感染为主;鲍温样丘疹病7例,以HPV16型感染为主;210例(38.04%)为HPV亚临床感染者,以HPV16、52、58、51型感染为主。结论:本研究中,HPV6、11、16和51是最常见HPV感染亚型,高危HPV感染和单一感染占比高。亚临床感染占比较高,且以高危型HPV感染为主,值得临床警惕。Objective: To analyze the genotype distribution and clinical characteristics of human papillomavirus(HPV) in male patients. Methods: The data of the patients with HPV positivity from January 2017 to July 2021 in our hospital were collected and analyzed retrospectively. Results: 552 patients and samples were collected. Of 552 samples, HPV6, 11, 16 and 51 were the most common subtypes, with proportions of 35.51%, 23.73%, 16.49% and 10.14% respectively. The proportion of high-risk HPV subtypes accounted for 63.95%(simple high-risk infection+polyinfection). In different types of infection, single infection proportion was 56.88%, multiple infection proportion was 43.12%. In the clinical aspect, of 552 cases, 335(60.69%) manifested as condyloma acuminatum and the most common subtypes were HPV6 and 11, 7 manifested as bowenoid papulosis and the most common subtypes was HPV16, 210(38.04%) were asymptomatic carriers and the most common subtypes were HPV16,52,58 and 51. Conclusion: HPV6, 11, 16 and 51 are the most common subtypes of HPV in this study, and the high-risk HPV proportion and single infection proportion are both high. The propotion of asymptomatic carriers is high and high-risk HPV infection is the main type, which should be noted.
