摘　　要：间充质干细胞是一种具有自我更新及多谱系分化潜能的成体干细胞,具有免疫调节特性。研究表明,银屑病患者间充质干细胞可能通过高表达HLA-Ⅰ和对CD3;T细胞低免疫抑制能力促进炎症反应,参与银屑病的发病过程。目前,研究者进行了以咪喹莫特诱导的小鼠模型为基础的临床前研究和临床试验,证实了间充质干细胞治疗银屑病的安全性和有效性,但仍可能存在潜在风险。本文就间充质干细胞输注治疗银屑病的研究进展作一综述。Mesenchymal stem cells(MSCs) are pluripotent adult stem cells with the potential for self-renewal, multi-lineage differentiation and immunomodulatory properties. Studies have reported the presence of MSCs in the dermis and epidermis of patients with psoriasis and suggested that MSCs may promote the inflammatory process and psoriatic lesions development through high HLA-Ⅰexpression and low immunosuppressive capacity against CD3;T cells. At present, the safety and efficacy of MSCs infusion have been confirmed in mice psoriasis models induced by imiquimod and clinical trials, but there may be potential risks. The update of MSCs in the treatment of psoriasis is reviewed in this paper.
