摘　　要：目的:探讨子痫前期孕妇血清中晚期氧化蛋白产物(AOPP)和髓过氧化物酶(MPO)的表达及其临床意义。方法:选取2018年9月—2020年10月收治的50例子痫前期孕妇,根据病情严重程度分为轻度子痫前期(MPE)组25例和重度子痫前期(SPE)组25例,选取同期产检的孕妇25例为对照组。酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)检测三组AOPP及MPO表达水平,ROC曲线分析诊断价值。结果:SPE组AOPP和MPO的表达显著高于MPE组(P<0.05),SPE组和MPE组AOPP和MPO的表达均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。ROC曲线分析:AOPP及MPO用于诊断子痫前期的曲线下面积(AUC)分别为0.906及0.823,截断值为52.35μmol/L,40.45μg/L时,敏感度为74.00%,72.00%,特异度为96.00%,84.00%;两者联合时AUC为0.950,敏感度为90.00%,特异度为96.00%。结论:AOPP及MPO在子痫前期孕妇中均呈高表达,而且两因子联合应用的价值明显高于单独应用。Objective:To investigate the clinical significance in preeclampsia patients of the high expression level about advanced oxidation protein products(AOPP)and myeloperoxidase(MPO).Methods:All 50 preeclampsia patients in hospital from September 2018 to October 2020 were selected,according to the severity of the disease,they were divided into mild preeclampsia(MPE)group(25 cases)and severe preeclampsia(SPE)group(25 cases),and 25 normal pregnant women composed control group.The expression levels of AOPP and MPO were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA),and the ROC curve was used to analyze the diagnostic value of the above two in patients with preeclampsia.Results:Compared the three groups,the levels of AOPP and MPO was statistically significant(P<0.05).AOPP and MPO expression in SPE group and MPE group were higher than control group,and SPE group were significantly higher than MPE group(P<0.05).ROC curve analysis results showed that the area under the curve(AUC)of serum AOPP and MPO for diagnosing preeclampsia patients were 0.906 and 0.823.When cut-off comes to 52.35 umol/L and 40.45 ug/L,the sensitivity were 74.00% and 72.00,the specificity comes to 96% and 84.00%.When two factors combined,AUC comes to 0.950,sensitivity is 90% and specificity is 96%.Conclusion:AOPP and MPO are highly expressed in the serum of patients with preeclampsia.They can be used as markers for the diagnosis of preeclampsia,and the combined application value of the two is higher than the application value alone.
