小儿热速清颗粒联合头孢拉定治疗小儿急性化脓性扁桃体炎的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨小儿热速清颗粒联合头孢拉定治疗小儿急性化脓性扁桃体炎的临床效果。方法:选择2020年1月—2020年11月收治的小儿急性化脓性扁桃体炎患者60例,按治疗方法的不同分为对照组和观察组,每组30例。对照组给予头孢拉定,观察组给予小儿热速清颗粒联合头孢拉定,比较两组临床症状改善情况、不良反应、治疗1个疗程后炎症指标及疗效。结果:观察组发热、咽部疼痛、头痛和咳嗽持续时间均显著短于对照组(P<0.05);两组治疗过程中均未出现肝肾功能损伤、恶心呕吐、头晕头痛等不良反应;治疗1个疗程后观察组炎症指标中C反应蛋白(CRP)、白细胞计数(WBC)和白细胞介素-6(IL-6)水平均显著低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:采用小儿热速清颗粒联合头孢拉定治疗小儿急性化脓性扁桃体炎,可有效缓解患儿临床症状,改善炎症指标,安全性及有效率均较高。Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of Children's kuqing granule combined with cefradine in the treatment of acute suppurative tonsillitis in children.Methods:All 60 children with acute suppurative tonsillitis admitted to hospital from January 2020 to November 2020 were selected as the study subjects.According to different research methods,they were divided into control group and observation group,30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with cefradine,while the observation group was treated with children's resuqing granule combined with cefradine.The improvement of clinical symptoms in the two groups was compared,the adverse reactions occurred in the two groups during treatment and the inflammatory indicators in the two groups after 1 course of treatment were compared,and the clinical therapeutic effect of the two groups was counted.Results:The duration of fever,sore throat,headache and cough in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).There were no adverse reactions such as liver and kidney function damage,nausea and vomiting,dizziness and headache in two groups.After 1 course of treatment,the levels of C-reactive protein(CRP),white blood cell count(WBC)and interleukin-6(IL-6)in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Children's resuqing granule combined with cefradine for children with acute suppurative tonsillitis can effectively relieve the clinical symptoms of children and improve inflammatory indicators,with high safety and efficacy.
