摘  要:煤矿开采过程中会产生大量煤尘,其中喷雾降尘由于操作简单、效果明显被广泛使用,但是水与煤尘的亲和度差,降尘效果受限。若将喷雾溶剂中加入表面活性剂,可以大幅度提高溶液与煤尘的亲和度,提高降尘效果。就喷雾溶剂中加入表面活性剂提高溶液与煤尘亲和度方面进行了研究,通过研究发现,NaCl对表面活性剂的性能有一定程度的提高,NaCl的加入对改性煤尘和脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠溶液的亲和度效果较为明显。A large amount of coal dust will be produced in the process of coal mining.Among them,spray dust reduction is widely used due to its simple operation and obvious effect,but the affinity between water and coal dust is poor,and the dust reduction effect is limited.If the surfactant is added to the spray solvent,the affinity of the solution and coal dust can be greatly improved,and the dust reduction effect can be improved.The addition of surfactant to the spray solvent to improve the affinity between the solution and coal dust had been carried out.Through the research,it was found that NaCl could improve the performance of surfactant to a certain extent.The affinity effect of oxyethylene ether sodium sulfate solution was more obvious.
