摘 要:煤巷掘进过程中,为减少煤层瓦斯压力和含量,消除煤与瓦斯突出危险,避免各类瓦斯事故的发生,以左权阜生煤业典型的低透气高瓦斯松软煤层为例,根据水力冲孔卸压增透的机理,采用数值模拟软件确定了水力冲孔作用的有效影响半径,并将水力冲孔应用到工程实践中,从抽采效果、消突效果和掘进速度等角度说明了水力冲孔的效果。实践表明,水力冲孔的应用能有效减少煤层瓦斯压力和含量,防治煤与瓦斯突出效果显著。In the process of coal roadway excavation,in order to reduce the coal seam gas pressure and content,eliminate the danger of coal and gas outburst,and avoid the occurrence of various gas accidents,taking the typical low permeability and high gas soft coal seam of Zuoquanfu Bituminous Coal Industry as an example,according to hydraulic punching mechanism of pressure relief and permeability enhancement,using numerical simulation software to determine the effective influence radius of hydraulic punching,and applying hydraulic punching to engineering practice,the hydraulic punching effect was explained from the perspectives of extraction effect,anti-collision effect and driving speed hole effect.Practice had shown that the application of hydraulic punching could effectively reduce the gas pressure and content of coal seams,and had a significant effect on preventing coal and gas outbursts.
