摘 要:为保障15107工作面运输巷围岩的稳定,通过分析巷道原有支护下围岩变形及离层情况,结合巷道原有支护参数及巷道围岩特征,确定优化锚杆、锚索长度,增大锚索布置密度。结合矿井工程实践经验及相关理论,优化后顶板锚杆长度为2.8 m,锚索长度为7.0 m,锚索采用“三·四”布置,结合巷道特征对支护优化方案进行具体设计,并对支护优化方案实施后的围岩变形情况进行分析。结果表明:支护优化方案实施后,巷道掘进期间顶板下沉量和两帮移近量的最大值分别为19 mm和17 mm,保障了围岩的稳定。In order to ensure the stability of the surrounding rock of the transport roadway in the 15107 working face,by analyzing the deformation and separation of the surrounding rock under the original support of the roadway,combined with the original support parameters of the roadway and the characteristics of the surrounding rock of the roadway,the optimized bolt length and anchor cable length were determined.Increase the density of anchor cable arrangement,combined with the practical experience of mine engineering and related theories,determine the optimal roof anchor length was 2.8 m,the anchor cable length was 7.0 m,and the anchor cable adapt the "three and four" arrangement.Design the support optimization plan,and analyzed the surrounding rock deformation after the support optimization plan was implemented.The results showed that after the implementation of the support optimization plan,during the tunnel excavation,the maximum values of the subsidence of the roof and the approach of the two sides were 19 mm and 17 mm,respectively,which ensured the stability of the surrounding rock.
