摘  要:随着环保要求的提高以及控制生产成本的需要,高炉水渣堆场工艺已无法满足要求,需要进行工艺优化。龙门钢铁有限责任公司(以下简称“龙钢”)龙钢2、3、4号高炉水渣堆场工艺为研究对象,对其进行工艺改造。在现有狭小区域,以及工艺改造工作不影响高炉正常生产的情况下,提出采用集中水渣仓工艺方式。通过增设皮带机,将三座高炉的水渣输送到集中设置的2套水渣仓中存储脱水后,由工程车进行转运。经过改造运行后,水渣含水量降低到约5%,环境得到改善,运营成本明显降低,工人劳动强度得到改善,为水渣堆场工艺实践提供了借鉴意义。With the improvement of environmental protection requirements and the need to control the production cost,the process of blast furnace slag storage yard can not meet the requirements of them,so it is necessary to carry out process transformation.Taking the process of water slag storage yard of No.2,3 and 4 blast furnaces in Longgang as the research object,the transformation was carried out.In the existing narrow area,and under the condition that the transformation work does not affect the normal production of blast furnace,the centralized slag silo process is proposed.By adding a belt conveyor,the slag silo of the three blast furnaces is transported to two sets of slag silos which are set up in a centralized way.After dehydration,the slag is transported by engineering vehicles.After the transformation,the water content of the slag is reduced to about 5%,the environment is improved,the operation cost is significantly reduced,and the labor intensity of workers is improved,which provides reference for the process transformation of the slag yard.
