摘  要:连续刚构0#块采用传统的物料堆载预压方式具备较多复杂性,且难以实施。因此,设计一种在墩顶可靠进行预应力加载装置十分有必要,连续刚构0#块采用墩顶植筋、墩旁埋设承重托架并布设分配梁设置观测点、分配梁上布设刚枕梁及千斤顶、墩顶设置反力架,并用反力架压杠通过墩顶预植的精轧螺纹锚固钢棒、锚垫板、双拼锚固螺母锁紧抱死,之后油泵加压提供动力的千斤顶顶升反力架,从而反向对托架等效施加荷载进行预压,该方式得到了建设单位以及相邻标段施工单位的高度评价,并得以在项目全线范围内大力推广应用。The traditional material stacking preloading method used for continuous rigid frame block 0#has more complexity and is difficult to implement.Therefore,it is very necessary to design a reliable prestressed loading device on the pier top.Continuous rigid frame block 0#adopts planting reinforcement on the pier top,burying load-bearing brackets beside the pier,laying distribution beams,setting observation points,laying rigid sleeper beams and jacks on the distribution beams The reaction frame is set on the pier top,and the pressure bar of the reaction frame is locked and locked through the finish rolled threaded anchor steel rod,anchor base plate and double anchor nut pre planted on the pier top.Then the oil pump is pressurized to provide power,and the jack is used to jack up the reaction frame,so as to preload the equivalent load of the bracket in reverse.This method has been highly praised by the construction unit and the construction unit of adjacent bid sections,And can be vigorously promoted and applied throughout the project.
