摘　　要：苏州城北路(长浒大桥—娄江快速路段)改建工程路由公路改建为市政道路,沿线管线迁改工程量非常大,项目复杂,实施周期长,实施过程中由于材料涨价、设计变更、新增管线入廊,特别是原来概算征用土地全部按无偿划拨,而实际涉及土储中心及保障公司的土地应该按成本计列费用等原因,需对原概算进行调整。Suzhou Chengbei Road(Changxu Bridge to Loujiang Expressway Section)reconstruction project road from highway to municipal road,rebuilt project moved along the pipeline to quantity is very large,complex projects,long implementation period.In the implementation process,due to the price rise of materials,design changes,add new pipeline into the utility tunnel,especially the original estimate of land acquisition by free allocation,but the actual land related to the soil storage center and the security company should be calculated according to the cost and other reasons,so adjustments to the original budget estimates are required.
