摘　　要：目的对广州市某三甲医院的护理人员进行灾害脆弱性分析,明确应急管理方向。方法以基于Kaiser模型的灾害脆弱性分析作为指导,在常态化疫情防控的背景下,结合本地区常见的灾害性事件,制定护理管理风险事件指标评估体系,于常态化疫情防控期间现场发放问卷进行调查,并对指标风险值及矩阵分布进行分析。结果通过Kaiser模型分析,该院区护理人员风险值提示以下事件需要重点关注:传染病疫情(0.51)、职业暴露(0.49)、公路交通事故(0.46)、强暴雨(0.40)、食品中毒(0.38)、群众性不明原因疾病(0.37)、医疗纠纷(0.33)、台风(0.30)、电梯故障(0.30)、危险化学品事故(0.28)。结论在常态化疫情防控情况下对医院护理人员的灾害风险进行分析,明确灾害管理过程中发生可能性最高、影响最大的危险事件,实施分类施策。同时,要高度重视传染病疫情的防控和医护人员的职业防护。Objective To analyze the hazard vulnerability of nursing staff in a grade A tertiary hospital in Guangzhou,and to make clear the direction of emergency management.Methods Under the guidance of the hazard vulnerability assessment based on Kaiser model,the index assessment system was established in the background of the regular epidemic prevention and control,and combined with the local common catastrophic event.During the period of regular epidemic prevention and control,questionnaires were distributed on site for investigation,and the index risk value and matrix distribution were analyzed.Results Through Kaiser model analysis,the risk value of nursing staff in the hospital suggested that the following events need to be focused on:infection epidemic(0.51),occupational exposure(0.49),highway traffic accident(0.46),torrential rain(0.40),food poisoning(0.38),mass illness of unknown origin(0.37),medical dispute(0.33),typhoon(0.30),elevator failure(0.30),hazardous chemical accident(0.28).Conclusion Analyze the hazard risk of hospital nursing staff under the condition of regular epidemic prevention and control,and identify the most likely and influential dangerous events in the process of hazard management,and implement classified measures.At the same time,we should attach great importance to the prevention and control of infectious diseases and the occupational protection of medical staff.
