摘　　要：目的分析2014-2018年河南省医学科技进步奖获奖成果情况,了解河南医学科技发展动态和特点。方法基于获奖成果基本信息,以获奖等级、项目来源、研究单位、学科分类、成果负责人等为观察指标,对基本情况进行一般描述,对组间指标进行比较。结果2014-2018年获奖成果总数为604项,学科分布以临床医学为主,共发表学术论文4432篇,一等奖成果发表论文2946篇,占66.5%。90%以上由国家和省、部计划支持的项目获二等以上奖项。卫生健康委直属医疗卫生单位、高校附属医院获一等奖成果最多(占84.3%),市属医疗卫生单位多为二、三等奖(占91.0%)。81.8%的获奖成果负责人年龄集中在35~55岁,87.4%为高级职称,40.9%拥有博士学位。有海外留学(培训)经历或过往获奖经历的负责人与获奖成果等级存在正相关(r=0.369,r=0.290,P<0.001)。结论河南卫生科技投入增加、系列政策支持及平台建设加强助推了科技创新,一批高水平的科技成果产出,科研项目来源级别与获奖级别呈正相关,中青年、高受教育程度人才是目前我省医学科技创新的主力军。Objective To analyze the award-winning achievements of Henan provincial medical science and technology progress award from 2014 to 2018,and understand the development trends and characteristics of medical science and technology in Henan Province.Methods Based on the basic information of the award-winning achievements,the award-winning grade,project source,research unit,discipline classification,and achievement leader were taken as the observation indicators,the general description of the basic situation were carried out,and the indicators of each group were compared.Results The total number of award-winning achievements from 2014 to 2018 was 604.The distribution of achievements was mainly clinical medicine.A total of 4432 academic papers were published,and 2946 papers were published for the first prize achievement,accounting for 66.5%.More than 90%of the projects supported by national,provincial and ministerial plans won second-class or higher awards.The institutions that won the most first prizes were medical and health units directly under the health commission and affiliated hospitals of universities(84.3%),while the second and third prizes were more municipal medical and health units(91.0%).81.8%of the persons in charge of the award-winning achievements were aged from 35 to 55,87.4%were senior titles,and 40.9%had doctoral degrees.There was a positive correlation between the person in charge with overseas study(training)experience or previous award-winning experience and the grade of award-winning achievements(r=0.369,r=0.290,P<0.001).Conclusion The increase of health science and technology investment,a series of policy support and the strengthening of platform construction in Henan have boosted scientific and technological innovation.A batch of high-level scientific and technological achievements have been produced.The source level of scientific research projects is positively correlated with the award-winning level.At present,middle-aged and young people and high education level personnel are the main force
