老年口腔癌手术患者出院准备服务需求的质性研究

摘　　要：目的了解老年口腔癌患者的出院准备服务需求,为制定出院后护理服务措施提供理论依据。方法采用质性研究中的现象学研究方法,对12例老年口腔癌患者进行面对面半结构式访谈,记录整理分析资料提炼出3个主题。结果主题一:医疗服务需求,包括对口腔功能康复训练知识的需求、疾病后续治疗相关知识的需求、心理康复指导的需求。主题二:家庭支持需求,包括居家照护需求、情感支持需求。主题三:社会支持需求,包括社区卫生健康服务需求、社会医疗保险支持的需求。结论老年口腔癌患者对出院护理服务有较高的需求,首先医务人员需要为患者提供全面的健康教育和全方位的专业服务以满足其需求,其次家庭成员对老年患者的关注和关爱、社区卫生服务及社会医疗保障的提高也是患者的重要需求。所以提高老年口腔癌患者的出院服务水平,需要医院、家庭和社会的支持。Objective To understand the discharge preparation service needs of elderly patients with oral cancer and provide a theoretical basis for formulating post-discharge nursing service measures.Methods Applying the phenomenological research method in the qualitative research,conducted face-to-face semi-structured interviews with 12 patients with oral cancer,and recorded and analyzed the data to extract 3 themes.Results Theme 1:medical service needs,including the need for oral functional rehabilitation training and exercise knowledge,the need for knowledge related to the follow-up treatment of diseases,and the need for psychological rehabilitation guidance.Theme 2:family support needs,including home care needs,emotional support needs.Theme 3:social support needs,including community health service needs,social medical insurance support needs.Conclusion Elderly patients with oral cancer have a higher demand for discharged nursing services.Firstly,medical staff need to provide patients with comprehensive health education and a full range of prof essional services to meet their needs,and secondly,family members’attention and care for elderly patients and the improvement of community sanitation services and social medical security are also important needs of patients.Therefore,to improve the discharge service level of elderly patients with oral cancer requires support from the hospital,family and society.
