摘　　要：残余SYNTAX积分(RSS)可以预测急性心肌梗死(AMI)患者血管斑块易损性,定量评估AMI患者经皮冠状动脉介入治疗(PCI)术后残余病变并且获得良好的术后近期预后预测效果,AMI患者的运动耐量以及心型脂肪酸结合蛋白(H-FABP)等预后相关指标与RSS变化情况有关。AMI患者的PCI预后不良风险可以通过炎症作用与RSS变化相关联,并随着RSS的降低而相应降低,RSS可以准确预测AMI患者的血运重建结果,AMI患者的再次血运重建风险与RSS的变化相关,且随着RSS的升高而相应升高,不完全血运重建(RSS>8分)AMI患者的预后较差,在RSS基础上衍生的SYNTAX血运重建指数、临床RSS亦可准确预测AMI患者预后,可作为后续临床研究的一个新兴方向进行深入探索。Residual SYNTAX score(RSS)can predict the vulnerability of vascular plaque in patients with acute myocardial infarction(AMI),quantitatively evaluated the residual lesions after percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI)in patients with AMI,and achieved good postoperative short-term prognosis prediction effect.Exercise tolerance,heart-type fatty acid-binding protein(H-FABP)and other prognostic indicators of AMI patients were related to the changes of RSS.The risk of poor prognosis of PCI in AMI patients can be associated with changes in RSS through inflammation,and it decreased with the decrease of RSS.RSS can accurately predicted the results of revascularization in AMI patients,and the risk of revascularization in AMI patients was related to changes in RSS,and increased with the increase of RSS.Incomplete revascularization(RSS>8 scores)patients with AMI had poor prognosis.The SYNTAX revascularization index and clinical RSS derived on the basis of RSS can also accurately predict the prognosis of AMI patients,which can be used as an emerging direction of follow-up clinical research for in-depth exploration.
