摘  要:为探索物象重叠法对激光诱导击穿光谱(Laser induced breakdown spectroscopy,LIBS)的影响,以Zn靶作为烧蚀样品,研究大气环境中加入光学球面镜时激光诱导Zn等离子体的光谱强度、等离子体温度和电子密度.实验结果表明,当加入球面镜在等离子层处成等大倒立实像后,靠近靶样品处和等离子体边缘处的等离子体光谱强度增强,等离子体温度和电子密度略增大,其中靠近靶样品处的等离子体光谱强度增强因子达到12.Increasing the signal intensity of laser-induced breakdown spectroscopy(LIBS)is an important way to improve the sensitivity of LIBS.In order to explore the effect of the object-image overlap method on the laser induced breakdown spectroscopy(LIBS),the spectral intensity,plasma temperature and electron density of laser-induced Zn plasma were studied when an optical spherical mirror is added to the atmosphere.The experimental results show that when a spherical mirror is added to form an equal large inverted real image at the plasma layer,the plasma spectrum intensity near the target sample and the edge of the plasma increases,and the plasma temperature and electron density increase slightly.The enhancement factor of the plasma spectrum intensity reaches 12.
