基于老年人视角的南昌市城市公园休闲满意度评价研究

摘　　要：在对南昌市4个城市公园中的老年人开展问卷调查和实地访谈的基础上,采用扎根理论及主成分因子分析法,构建了基于老年人视角的城市公园休闲满意度评价模型,并利用该模型评价4个城市公园的老年人休闲满意度.结果表明,老年人城市公园休闲满意度的影响因素包括植物风貌、水景风貌、管理服务、设施设备和活动场地;老年人对4个城市公园的休闲满意度排序为孺子亭公园>八一公园>礼步湖公园>人民公园,其中八一公园和孺子亭公园的满意度评价结果为满意,人民公园和礼步湖公园的满意度评价结果为一般.提出完善设施设备,提高服务管理水平,优化活动场地设计和提升植物景观风貌等城市公园适老化更新建议.Based on the questionnaire survey and field interview of the elderly in four urban parks in Nanchang City,this paper uses grounded theory and principal component factor analysis to build an evaluation model of leisure satisfaction of urban parks based on the perspective of the elderly,and uses the model to evaluate the leisure satisfaction of the elderly in four urban parks.The results show that the influencing factors of leisure satisfaction of urban parks for the elderly include plant style,waterscape style,management services,facilities and activity sites.The order of satisfaction degree of the elderly to the four urban parks in Nanchang City is Ruziting Park>Bayi Park>Libuhu Park>People's Park.The satisfaction degree of Bayi Park and Ruziting Park is satisfactory,and the satisfaction degree of People's Park and Libuhu park is general.Finally,the paper puts forward four suggestions for urban park renewal,including improving facilities and equipment,improving service management level,optimizing activity site design and improving plant landscape.
