摘  要:针对某柴油机曲轴锻件机加工留量及锻前加工制坯料损率偏大、材料利用率及不校直率偏低,外观塌角缺陷出现频率高的情况,提出缩减机加工留量,改进曲柄臂特别是平衡块安装面结构设计,实施光坯镦锻,运用预上弯技术,定位侧增加支撑模等工艺设计优化措施。采用替代材料实施四拐锻件成形试验,并通过批量生产完成了该曲轴锻件的优化工艺验证。Aiming at the situation that the machining allowance of a diesel engine crankshaft forging and the blank loss rate of pre-forging processing are too large,the material utilization rate and non-straightening rate are too low,and the appearance of corner collapse defects occurs frequently,it has been proposed to take process design optimization measures,such as reducing the machining allowance and improving the crank arm,particularly,the structural design of the mounting surface of the balance block,implementing smooth billet upsetting,applying pre-bending technology,and adding support dies on the positioning side.The forming test of the four-turn forging has been carried out by using alternative materials,and the optimized process verification of the crankshaft forging has been completed through mass production.
