摘　　要：脓毒症是全球死亡的主要原因,脓毒症发病机制及治疗研究仍然面临很多难题。坏死性凋亡是一种新兴的细胞死亡形式,包括脓毒症、神经退行性疾病和缺血再灌注损伤等多种疾病的发生、发展被认为与其有关。本综述旨在探讨坏死性凋亡在脓毒症中的研究进展,为坏死性凋亡相关靶点的干预可能在脓毒症治疗中发挥重要作用提供理论依据。Sepsis is the one of the main causes of death in the world.The research on pathogenesis and treatment of sepsis still faces several difficulties.Necroptosis is an emerging form of programmed cell death,the occurrence and development of diseases including sepsis,neurodegenerative diseases and ischemic reperfusion injury are thought to be related to necroptosis.This review aims to explore the research progress of necroptosis in sepsis,and provides a theoretical basis for intervention of necroptosis-related targets in sepsis treatment.
