摘　　要：2016—2020年,我国高校专利转移量进入快速增长和加速增长阶段,科技成果转化呈现良好的局面,但专利转移量的高速增长更需要理性思考。本文通过商业性专利检索网站查询了我国高校专利转移的诸多信息,并据此对我国高校专利转移的有利趋势和不利趋势进行了分析,同时,也给出了提升高校科技成果转化质量和效果的建议。From 2016 to 2020,the number of patent transfer in universities of China has entered the stage of rapid and accelerated growth,and the transformation of scientific and technological achievements has presented a good prospect.However,the high-speed growth of patent transfer requires more rational thinking.In this paper,a lot of information about patent transfer in universities of China is inquired through the commercial patent retrieval website,based on which the favorable and unfavorable trends of patent transfer in universities of China are analyzed,and suggestions for improving the quality and effect of scientific and technological achievements transformation in universities are also given.
