摘　　要：“十四五”期间,公共文化资源供给均等化是公共文化服务建设的重要内容。公共图书馆作为公共文化服务体系中的重要机构,其供给实力是影响区域文化资源均衡的重要因素。利用财力投入、物力投入、人力投入、图书馆利用程度、公共活动数5个指标构建了公共图书馆供给实力指标体系,对我国2011—2019年31个省市的面板数据利用熵值法确定了各指标权重,并运用泰尔指数、核密度估计、莫兰指数等方法分析了我国公共图书馆供给实力的区域差异及动态分布特征。During the 14th Five Year Plan period,the equal supply of public cultural resources is an important part of the construction of public cultural services. As an important institution in the public cultural service system,the supply capacity of public library is an important factor affecting the balance of regional cultural resources. This paper constructs an index system of public library’s supply strength by using five indexes of financial investment,material investment,human investment,library utilization and the number of public activities,determines the weight of each index by entropy method based on the panel data of 31 provinces in China from 2011 to 2019,and by using the methods of Theil index,nuclear density estimation and Moran index,analyzes the regional differences and dynamic distribution characteristics of supply capacity of libraries in China.
