基于“虚气留滞”病机探讨心脑同治理论

摘　　要：心脑血管疾病作为临床最常见疾病之一,其防治工作对临床医生提出了更高要求。中医对于本病防治已形成较完善的理论体系,大量动物及临床试验证实了中医药治疗的有效性。“心脑同治”,体现了中医的整体观、异病同治原则,在临床中得到广泛的实践和认同,对于心脑血管病而言,其生理病理的相关性突显“心脑同治”理论的可行性。“虚气留滞”是对心脑血管疾病病机的高度概括,因虚而滞,因滞虚甚,脉络受损发为心脑血管疾患。益气消滞为本病治疗大法,补气则气机条达、正气充足,可使痰浊、淤血、毒邪等致病因素代谢正常,形神自安。本文着重从“虚气留滞”理论出发,阐述心脑血管疾病同治的基础,并以益气消滞、解毒通络为治疗原则,以期化繁为简、提高临床疗效。As one of the most common clinical diseases,‘cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases’prevention and cerebrovascular diseases have put forward higher requirements for clinicians.Traditional Chinese medicine has formed a relatively perfect theoretical system for the prevention and treatment of this kind of disease,and a large number of animal and clinical trials have confirmed the effects of traditional Chinese medicine treatment.“ongzhi of heart and brain”reflects the overall view of traditional Chinese medicine and the principle of“Tongzhi”in different kinds of diseases,and has been widely put in practice and recognized in clinical trials.For cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases,its physiopathology correlation highlights the feasibility of“Tongzhi of heart and brain”theory.“Virtual gas stagnation”is a high generalization of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases,is a theoretical result summarized in clinical practice,due to deficiency,because of stagnation and deficiency,the context is damaged.It is a cardiovascular and cerebrovascular disease.Qi and stagnation is the treatment of this disease,Qi,Qi machine,sufficient healthy Qi,can make phlegm,congestion,poison and other pathogenic factors metabolism normal,shape and self-calm.This paper focuses on the theory of“virtual gas stagnation”,expounds the foundation of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases,and takes the treatment principle of replenishing Qi and eliminating stagnation,detoxification and connecting collaterals,in order to turn the complexity into simplicity and in and improve the clinical effect.
