摘 要:2019年7月,在云南省文山壮族苗族自治州马关县古林箐省级自然保护区(22°45′16.36″N,103°57′43.17″E;海拔1160 m)内采集到无尾目(Anura)蛙科(Ranidae)蛙属(Rana)标本1号,雄性成体,头体长38.3 mm。根据形态特征比较发现,该蛙皮肤光滑,背部褐色,肩上方有“人”形疣粒,体背后部有小疣粒,体腹呈浅黄色,胸、腹部有深色云斑,指端略膨大且无沟,后肢细长,胫长超过体长之半,跗褶部位有小疣,趾端呈小吸盘状且腹侧具沟,趾间全蹼,四肢背面有深褐色横纹,与采集自越南林同省郎边高原(Langbian Plateau,Lam Dong,Vietnam,模式产地)的越南趾沟蛙(Rana johnsi)形态鉴定特征基本一致,仅体型大小稍有差异。基于16S rRNA基因片段的系统发育分析表明,该标本与越南趾沟蛙的样本构成单支系,且遗传距离较小(p-distance为0.8%),确定该标本为云南省两栖纲(Amphibia)分布新纪录物种。该物种的发现增加了古林箐省级自然保护区的两栖动物物种多样性。In July 2019,one male adult Rana specimen of Anura family(Ranidae)was collected in the Gulinqing Provincial Nature Reserve(22°45′16.36″N,103°57′43.17″E;als 1,160 m),located in Maguan County,Wenshan Zhuang and Miao Autonomous Prefecture,Yunnan Province.Specimen s snout-vent length(SVL)is 38.3 mm.It has smooth skin,brown dorsum with“Λ”shaped tubercle series on its shoulder,anterior dorsum with small tubercles,light yellow venter with dark cloudy spots,finger tips slightly expanding without groove,and slim legs.The tibias reach over half of its body length;tarsal fold present small tubercles,toes tips form suction with lateroventral groove;feet are full-webbing,fore/hindlimbs dorsum have dark brown transverse bands.The morphological characteristics of our Rana specimen show great similarity with Rana johnsi(Smith,1921)from Lam Tung Province,Vietnam,but only a slight difference in body size.Phylogeny analysis by 16S rRNA fragment revealed that our specimen formed in a single lineage with R.johnsi from Lam Dong Province,Vietnam(p-distance:0.8%).It is confirmed that this specimen is a newly recorded species of Amphibia in Yunnan Province.The discovery of the species has increased the species diversity of amphibians in the Gulinqing Provincial Nature Reserve.
