摘 要:航道整治建筑物的综合评价是航道安全维护管理的重要组成部分,早期确定评价指标的权重多采用主观赋权法,因主观因素过多而影响评价结果的准确性和决策可靠性。文章针对整治建筑物的综合评价问题引入改进CRITIC的客观赋权法,以长江上游航道为例,建立了改进CRITIC法整治建筑物服役状态综合评价模型,利用建筑物样本资料本身的数据信息对评价指标的客观权重进行确定,计算出服役状态综合指标Z,并对整治建筑物的服役状态进行了综合评价。研究结果表明,改进CRITIC法对整治建筑物服役状态评价模型的指标权重赋值合理,综合评价结果与工程实际情况相符,模型的适用性良好,综合量化计算结果能够为管理部门提供参考,可以将该模型应用到航道整治建筑物的综合评价中。Comprehensive assessment of channel regulating structure is an important part of channel safety maintenance and management.Subjective weighting method was used to determine the weight of evaluation indexes in the early stage,because many subjective factors affect the accuracy of evaluation results and reliability of decision-making.This paper introduced the objective weight method of improving CRITIC for the comprehensive assessment of regulating structure,taked the upper waterway of the Yangtze River as an example,established a comprehensive evaluation model of improving CRITIC method.The objective weight of the evaluation index is determined by using the data information of the building sample data,and the service status comprehensive index Z was calculated,and the service status of the regulating structure was comprehensively evaluated.The results show that the improved CRITIC method of regulating structures serving status evaluation index weight assignment of the model is reasonable,the comprehensive assessment result accords with the engineering actual situation,the applicability of the model is good,the integrated quantitative calculation results can provide reference for management department,the model can be applied to the comprehensive assessment of channel regulating structure.
