摘 要:采用高温固相法合成了一系列Eu^(2+)激活的Sr_(3)LnM(PO_(4))_(3)F(Ln=Gd,La,Y;M=Na,K)荧光粉,并通过X射线衍射、扫描电子显微镜、荧光光谱等对样品的物相结构、形貌和发光特性进行了表征及分析。结果表明:成功合成了Sr_(3)LnM(PO_(4))_(3)F∶Eu^(2+)荧光粉,样品的粒径为2~10μm。荧光粉在蓝光区具有强烈的发射,归属为发光中心Eu^(2+)的4f^(6)5d→4f^(7)跃迁。当基质中的碱金属M由Na变成K时,Eu^(2+)的发光颜色由淡蓝色变成深蓝色,色纯度大幅提高,有效地调控了Eu^(2+)在氟磷灰石Sr_(3)LnM(PO_(4))_(3)F中的发光,进而发现了一种通过改变第二层配位原子来调控Eu^(2+)发光的策略。A series of Eu^(2+)-activated Sr_(3)LnM(PO_(4))_(3)F(Ln=Gd,La,Y;M=Na,K)phosphors were synthesized by high-temperature solid-phase method.The phase structure,morphology and luminescence characteristics of the samples were characterized by X-ray diffraction,scanning electron microscopy,fluorescence spectroscopy and other test methods.The experimental results demonstrate that the phosphor Sr_(3)LnM(PO_(4))_(3)F∶Eu^(2+)was successfully synthesized,and the particle size of the sample ranges from 2μm to 10μm.The phosphor has strong emission in the blue-light region,which is attributed to the 4f^(6)5d→4f^(7) transition of the luminescent center Eu^(2+).The emitting color of Eu^(2+)changes from light blue to dark blue and the color purity increases after the transformation of Na to K,which effectively regulates the luminescence of Eu^(2+)in fluorapatite Sr_(3)LnM(PO_(4))_(3)F.A new strategy by substituting of the secondary layer coordination atom is found to regulate the phosphors color of Eu^(2+).
