血栓弹力图和血清淀粉样蛋白A检测在子痫前期中的应用价值分析

摘　　要：目的探讨血栓弹力图(TEG)、血清淀粉样蛋白A(SAA)检测在子痫前期中的应用价值。方法纳入50例子痫前期患者为实验组,50例正常妊娠晚期孕妇为对照组,实验组按病情严重程度分为轻度子痫前期组(26例)与重度子痫前期组(24例)。各组均采集血样进行TEG、SAA检测,对比各组检测结果。结果轻度子痫前期组与重度子痫前期组的反应时间(R)值、凝固时间(K)长于对照组,SAA水平高于对照组(P<0.05);轻度子痫前期组的R、K短于对照组,SAA水平低于重度子痫前期组(P<0.05)。轻度子痫前期组与重度子痫前期组的凝固角(Angle)、血栓最大幅度(MA)低于对照组(P<0.05);轻度子痫前期组的Angle、MA高于重度子痫前期组(P<0.05)。R、K及SAA水平与子痫前期病情严重程度均呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论子痫前期与TEG及SAA指标存在紧密联系,通过此类指标的测定可充分了解病情发展情况,为临床诊治疾病提供科学的参考依据。Objective To explore the application value of thrombelastogram(TEG)and serum amyloid A(SAA)detection for preeclampsia.Methods 50 patients with preeclampsia were selected as experimental group and 50 normal pregnant women in the late pregnancy were selected as control group.The experimental group was divided into mild preeclampsia group(26 cases)and severe preeclampsia group(24 cases)according to the disease severity.Blood samples were collected in each group for TEG and SAA detection,and the detection results were compared.Results The reaction time(R)and coagulation time(K)of the mild preeclampsia group and severe preeclampsia group were longer than those of the control group,and the SAA levels were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The R and K of the mild preeclampsia group were shorter than those of the severe preeclampsia group,and the SAA level was lower than that of the severe preeclampsia group(P<0.05).The coagulation angle(Angle)and maximum thrombus amplitude(MA)of the mild preeclampsia group and severe preeclampsia group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05);The Angle and MA of the mild preeclampsia group were higher than those of the severe preeclampsia group(P<0.05).R,K and SAA level were positively correlated with the severity of preeclampsia(P<0.05).Conclusions Preeclampsia is closely related to TEG indicators and SAA.The detection of these indicators can fully understand the development of the disease and provide scientific reference for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
