腹腔镜幽门环肌切开术治疗小儿先天性肥厚性幽门狭窄的临床效果观察

摘　　要：目的分析腹腔镜幽门环肌切开术治疗小儿先天性肥厚性幽门狭窄的临床效果。方法选择2019年1月至2021年1月我院收治的120例先天性肥厚性幽门狭窄患儿,按照治疗方法不同将其分为对照组和观察组各60例。对照组采用常规开腹手术治疗,观察组采用腹腔镜幽门环肌切开术治疗。比较两组的手术指标和术后并发症。结果观察组的住院时间、术后进食恢复时间短于对照组(P<0.05);两组患儿的手术时间比较无统计学差异(P>0.05)。观察组并发症发生率为1.67%,低于对照组的18.33%(P<0.05)。结论腹腔镜幽门环肌切开术治疗小儿先天性肥厚性幽门狭窄能够缩短术后恢复时间,安全性高,值得临床推广应用。Objective To analyze the clinical effect of laparoscopic pyloromyotomy in the treatment of children with congenital hypertrophic pyloric stenosis.Methods 120 children with congenital hypertrophic pyloric stenosis admitted to our hospital from January 2019 to January 2021 were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to different treatment methods,with 60 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine open surgery,and the observation group was treated with laparoscopic pyloromyotomy.The surgical indicators and postoperative complications of the two groups were compared.Results The hospitalization time and postoperative eating recovery time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group(P<0.05).No statistical difference was found in the operation time between the two groups(P>0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was 1.67%,lower than 18.33% in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Laparoscopic pyloromyotomy in the treatment of children with congenital hypertrophic pyloric stenosis can shorten the postoperative recovery time with higher safety,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
