伊洛前列素联合曲美他嗪治疗先心病合并肺高压的疗效探讨

摘　　要：目的探讨伊洛前列素联合曲美他嗪治疗先心病合并肺高压的临床疗效。方法将60例先心病合并肺高压患者随机分为两组各30例。对照组采用伊洛前列素治疗,研究组采用伊洛前列素联合曲美他嗪治疗,比较两组的6 min步行距离(6MWD)、血氧饱和度(SaO_(2))、呼吸功能、临床疗效、血流动力学指标及不良反应。结果治疗后,研究组的6MWD、SaO_(2)高于对照组,Borg呼吸困难指数低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组治疗总有效率为90.00%,高于对照组的63.33%(P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组的血流动力学指标均优于对照组(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论伊洛前列素联合曲美他嗪治疗先心病合并肺高压效果显著,可有效改善患者心肺功能及血流动力学指标,且安全性较高,值得临床推广。Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of iloprost combined with trimetazidine in the treatment of congenital heart disease complicated with pulmonary hypertension.Methods 60 cases of patients with congenital heart disease complicated with pulmonary hypertension were randomly divided into two groups,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with iloprost,and the study group was treated with iloprost combined with trimetazidine.The 6 min walking distance(6MWD),blood oxygen saturation(SaO_(2)),respiratory function,clinical efficacy,hemodynamic indicators and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the 6MWD and SaO_(2) of the study group were higher than those of the control group,and the Borg dyspnea index was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was 90.00%,higher than 63.33%in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the hemodynamic indicators of the study group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).No statistical difference was found in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions Iloprost combined with trimetazidine in the treatment of congenital heart disease complicated with pulmonary hypertension has significant effect,can effectively improve the cardiopulmonary function and hemodynamic indicators of patients,with higher safety,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
