脑安滴丸联合佐米曲普坦对气虚血瘀证偏头痛患者ET-1、CGRP水平的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨脑安滴丸联合佐米曲普坦对气虚血瘀证偏头痛患者内皮素-1(ET-1)、降钙素基因相关肽(CGRP)水平的影响。方法将100例气虚血瘀证偏头痛患者随机平均分为两组。西药组采用佐米曲普坦治疗,联合组在西药组基础上采用脑安滴丸治疗。比较两组的临床疗效,头疼状况和ET-1、CGRP水平。结果联合组总有效率高于西药组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的VAS评分、发作频率降低,头痛持续时间缩短,且联合组的VAS评分、发作频率低于西药组,头痛持续时间短于西药组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的ET-1、CGRP水平均下降,且联合组的ET-1、CGRP水平低于西药组(P<0.05)。结论脑安滴丸联合佐米曲普坦治疗气虚血瘀证偏头痛患者效果明显,可显著缓解其头疼状况,降低ET-1、CGRP水平。Objective To analyze the effect of Naoan dripping pills combined with zolmitriptan on the ET-1 and CGRP levels in migraine patients with Qi-deficiency and blood-stasis syndrome.Methods 100 migraine patients with Qi-deficiency and blood-stasis syndrome were randomly divided into two groups equally.The western medicine group was treated with zolmitriptan,and the combined group was treated with Naoan dripping pills on the basis of the western medicine group.The clinical efficacy,headache status and ET-1 and CGRP levels were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the combined group was higher than that of the western medicine group(P<0.05).After treatment,the VAS scores,attack frequency and duration of headache of the two groups decreased(P<0.05);The VAS scores and attack frequency of the combined group were lower than those of the western medicine group,and the duration of headache was shorter than that of the western medicine group(P<0.05).After treatment,the ET-1 and CGRP levels of the two groups decreased,and the ET-1 and CGRP levels of the combined group were lower than those of the western medicine group(P<0.05).Conclusions Naoan dripping pills combined with zolmitriptan has significant effect in the treatment of migraine patients with Qi-deficiency and blood-stasis syndrome,which can significantly alleviate the headache status and reduce the ET-1 and CGRP levels.
