经皮螺钉联合伤椎置钉治疗胸腰椎骨折的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨经皮螺钉联合伤椎置钉治疗胸腰椎骨折的临床疗效。方法将2018年1月至2021年3月我院收治的60例胸腰椎骨折患者,随机分为联合组(n=30)与对照组(n=30)。联合组采用经皮螺钉联合伤椎置钉治疗,对照组采用经皮螺钉治疗。比较两组患者的手术情况及JOA评分、VAS评分、Codd角、ADL评分。结果联合组的卧床时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。术后,两组的JOA评分、ADL评分高于术前,VAS评分低于术前,Codd角小于术前,且联合组的JOA评分、ADL评分高于对照组,VAS评分低于对照组,Codd角小于对照组(P<0.05)。结论经皮螺钉联合伤椎置钉治疗胸腰椎骨折的效果显著,值得推广应用。Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of percutaneous screw combined with injured vertebral screw in the treatment of thoracolumbar fracture.Methods 60 patients with thoracolumbar fracture admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to March 2021 were selected and randomly divided into combined group(n=30)and control group(n=30).The combined group was treated with percutaneous screw combined with injured vertebral screw,while the control group was treated with percutaneous screw.The operation status,and the JOA score,VAS score,Codd angle and ADL score were compared between the two groups.Results The bed rest time of the combined group was shorter than that of the control group(P<0.05).After operation,the JOA score and ADL score of the two groups were higher than those before operation,the VAS score was lower than that before operation,and the Codd angle was smaller than that before operation(P<0.05);The JOA score and ADL score of the combined group were higher than those of the control group,the VAS score was lower than that of the control group,and the Codd angle was smaller than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Percutaneous screw combined with injured vertebral screw in the treatment of thoracolumbar fracture has significant effect,which is worthy of promotion and application.
