摘　　要：目的探讨基于奥瑞姆(Orem)自理理论的延伸护理干预在原发性肝癌(PHC)患者肝动脉栓塞化疗(TACE)术后的应用效果。方法选取2018年7月至2019年2月我院收治的45例PHC患者作为对照组,TACE术后采用常规延伸护理干预;另选取2019年3月至2019年10月我院收治的46例PHC患者作为观察组,TACE术后采用基于Orem自理理论的延伸护理干预。比较两组干预前后的负性情绪及自护能力。结果干预前,两组的HAMA、HAMD、ESCA评分比较无统计学差异(P>0.05);干预后,观察组的HAMA、HAMD评分低于对照组,ESCA评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论基于Orem自理理论的延伸护理干预可明显缓解PHC患者TACE术后负性情绪,提高其自护能力。Objective To explore the application effect of extended nursing intervention based on Orem's self-care theory in patients with primary hepatic carcinoma(PHC)after transcatheter arterial chemoembolization(TACE).Methods 45 PHC patients admitted to our hospital from July 2018 to February 2019 were selected as the control group,and given routine extended nursing intervention after TACE.46 PHC patients admitted to our hospital from March 2019 to October 2019 were selected as the observation group,and given extended nursing intervention based on Orem's self-care theory after TACE.The negative emotions and self-care ability before and after intervention were compared between the two groups.Results Before intervention,no statistical difference was found in the HAMA,HAMD and ESCA scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After intervention,the HAMA and HAMD scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the ESCA score was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Extended nursing intervention based on Orem's self-care theory can significantly alleviate the negative emotions of PHC patients after TACE,and improve their self-care ability.
