Objective To explore the influence of grading and zoning nursing on rescue success rate and neurological function of patients with acute cerebral infarction(ACI).Methods 110 ACI patients admitted to our hospital from March 2019 to November 2021 were selected and divided into control group(routine emergency nursing)and observation group(grading and zoning nursing)according to the time of enrollment. The rescue time, rescue success rate, neurological function and adverse events were compared between the two groups. Results The rescue time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group, and the rescue success rate was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After nursing, the NIHSS scores of the two groups were lower than those before nursing(P<0.05);No statistical difference was found in the NIHSS score between the two groups(P>0.05).The incidence of adverse events in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Grading and zoning nursing can shorten the rescue time of ACI patients, improve the rescue success rate, improve the neurological function and reduce the adverse events.
