摘　　要：目的探讨硬膜外神经阻滞麻醉无痛分娩配合自由体位分娩对初产妇母婴结局及感染的影响。方法选取我院2020年1月至2020年12月期间收治的100例初产妇,随机将其分为对照组和观察组各50例。两组产妇均接受硬膜外神经阻滞麻醉无痛分娩,对照组配合传统体位进行分娩,观察组配合自由体位进行分娩,比较两组的母婴结局和感染发生率。结果观察组的住院时间短于对照组,出血量、感染发生率及胎儿窘迫发生率均低于对照组,顺产率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论硬膜外神经阻滞麻醉无痛分娩配合自由体位分娩能够有效改善初产妇的母婴结局,降低产后感染发生率,值得临床推广。Objective To explore the influence of epidural nerve block anesthesia painless delivery combined with free position delivery on maternal and infant outcomes and infection of primiparas.Methods 100 primiparas admitted to our hospital from January 2020 to December 2020 were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 50 cases in each group.Both groups received epidural nerve block anesthesia painless delivery.The control group was given traditional position for delivery,while the observation group was given free position for delivery.The maternal and infant outcomes,and the incidence of infection were compared between the two groups.Results The hospitalization time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group,the blood loss and the incidences of infection and fetal distress were lower than those of the control group,and the natural delivery rate was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Epidural nerve block anesthesia painless delivery combined with free position delivery can effectively improve the maternal and infant outcomes of primiparas,and reduce the incidence of postpartum infection,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
