摘 要:利用碳酸钙晶须和玻化微珠制备再生保温混凝土,测试再生保温混凝土抗压强度、导热系数和微观结构。结果表明:随着碳酸钙晶须的增加,再生混凝土的抗压强度逐渐增长,当碳酸钙晶须掺量为5%时,再生保温混凝土抗压强度达到19.1 MPa,随后逐渐下降;再生保温混凝土的导热系数与抗压强度变化规律基本一致,随着抗压强度的增加,导热系数也随之增加;掺入碳酸钙晶须可促进水泥发生二次水化,产生大量的水化产物C-S-H凝胶体,填充了玻化微珠和再生粗骨料之间的界面过渡区,且与玄武岩纤维握裹紧密,形成了致密的内部空间结构;当碳酸钙晶须掺量为5.0%、玄武岩纤维掺量为0.5%时,保温再生混凝土具有良好的强度和保温性能。Use of calcium carbonate whisker and glass bead preparation regenerative thermal insulation of concrete, test regenerative thermal insulation of concrete compressive strength, thermal conductivity and microstructure. Results show that with the increase of calcium carbonate whisker, compressive strength of recycled concrete grow, when the dosage of calcium carbonate whisker was 5%, regenerative thermal insulation of concrete compressive strength is 19.1 MPa, then gradually decline, regenerative thermal coefficient of thermal conductivity and compressive strength of concrete change rule, with the increase of compressive strength, thermal conductivity also will increase;the addition of calcium carbonate whisker promotes the secondary hydration of cement and produces a large number of C-S-H gel, which fills the interface transition zone between glass beads and reclaimed coarse aggregate and tightly binds with basalt fiber to form a dense internal spatial structure. when the content of calcium carbonate whisker is 5.0% and basalt fiber is 0.5%, the thermal insulation recycled concrete has good strength and thermal insulation performance.
