摘　　要：热镀锌管安装后经过水压试验无泄漏,在使用过程中发生焊缝开裂的现象。通过对热镀锌管的原材料理化性能检验,管体宏观及微观分析,焊缝金相分析等方法对焊缝开裂现象进行失效分析。结果表明,热镀锌钢管焊缝处存在冷焊缺陷,焊缝微观组织性能较差,在腐蚀性流体和空气的共同作用下锌层的保护效果较差。After installation of hot-dip galvanized pipe,no leakage occurred in the hydraulic test,in the use of the phenomenon of weld cracking.The failure analysis of hot-dip galvanized pipe was carried out by means of physical and chemical properties test of raw materials,macroscopic and microscopic analysis of the pipe body and metallographic analysis of the weld.The results show that there are cold welding defects at the weld of hot-dip galvanized steel pipe,the microstructure and properties of the weld are poor,and the protection effect of zinc coating is poor under the combined action of corrosive fluid and air.
