摘  要:为提高含钛不锈钢钛的收得率,基于铁水三脱→K-OBM-S转炉→VOD→LF→CC生产工艺路线,采用Fe Si和Al复合脱氧的方式,提高钢中w(Al),且控制钢中w(O)≤25×10^(-6),并在连铸过程中采取降低钢中w(O)及炉渣氧化性、控制钢中合理的w(Al)、控制吹氩强度及搅拌时间、防止二次氧化等措施,使钛的收得率由75%提高到85%。In order to improve the titanium yield of titanium containing stainless steel,based on the production process route of hot metal pretreatment process→K-OBM-S converter→VOD→LF→CC,the method of composite deoxidation of Fe Si and Al is adopted to improve w(Al)in steel and control w(O)≤25×10^(-6).In the process of continuous casting,measures such as strengthening the reduction of w(o)and slag oxidation in steel,controlling reasonable w(Al)in steel,controlling argon blowing intensity and stirring time,and preventing secondary oxidation were taken to increase the yield of titanium from 75%to 85%.
