摘 要:针对23011巷围岩变形量较大问题,提出采用以预注浆、喷浆、锚索补强等为核心的巷道围岩综合加固技术,并具体对综合加固技术方案进行设计及应用。23011巷采取所提加固方案后,巷道围岩变形得以明显控制,巷道顶底板以及巷帮最大变形量分别控制在102 mm、53 mm以内,综合加固技术取得显著的围岩控制效果。研究成果可为其他矿井类型情况下的回采巷道加固提供经验借鉴。In view of the large deformation of roadway 23011 surrounding rock,a comprehensive reinforcement technology of roadway surrounding rock with pre-grouting,shotcrete and anchor cable reinforcement as the core is proposed,and the comprehensive reinforcement technology scheme is designed and applied.After the proposed reinforcement scheme is adopted for 23011 roadway,the deformation of roadway surrounding rock can be obviously controlled,and the maximum deformation of roadway roof,floor and roadway side are controlled within 102 mm and 53 mm respectively.The comprehensive reinforcement technology has achieved remarkable surrounding rock control effect.The research results can provide experience for the reinforcement of mining roadway in other mine types.
