摘  要:针对宝钢某连续退火机组圆盘剪冷运行过程中发生的连续剪切后,带钢无法正常切边的问题,从圆盘剪本身剪切线、前后稳定辊、剪切位置、刀轴冷态、受力状态、热态下的轴向、径向间隙等进行了检查分析,同时对上下刀轴箱结构进行了分析,将上刀轴箱固定方式进行优化,让刀轴热膨胀智能向刀头处传递,并且通过现场验证,达到预期效果。In view of the problem that the strip steel cannot cut the edge normally after continuous shear during the cold operation of the disc shear of a continuous annealing unit in Baosteel,the shear line of the disc shear itself,the front and rear stabilizing rollers,the shear position,the axial and radial clearance of the cutter shaft in cold state,stress state and hot state are checked and analyzed,and the structure of the upper and lower cutter axle box is analyzed.The fixing mode of the upper tool box is optimized,so that the thermal expansion intelligence of the tool shaft is transmitted to the tool head,and the expected effect is achieved through on-site verification.
