摘 要:太钢十一降35 kV供电系统线路频繁发生线路单相接地,现场电缆炸损情况极为严重,直接影响太钢新炼钢160 t大功率电炉的生产运行,其直接及间接损失严重。针对此难题,进行了35 kV不接地系统接地保护的创新、优化、改进,阐述了改进方案及实施过程。实施后效果良好,为钢铁行业35 kV大功率电炉的保护技术难题提供了极有价值的借鉴。The single-phase grounding of the line frequently occurs in the 35 kV power supply system of No.11 reduction of TISCO,and the on-site cable explosion damage is very serious,which directly affects the production and operation of 160 t high-power electric furnace for new steelmaking of TISCO,and its direct and indirect losses are serious.Aiming at this problem,the innovation,optimization and improvement of grounding protection of 35 kV ungrounded system are carried out,and the improvement scheme and implementation process are described.The implementation effect is good,and the insulation damage and cable explosion caused by single-phase grounding of ungrounded system of 35 kV large electric furnace in power system are eliminated.It provides valuable reference for the protection of 35 kV high power electric furnace in steel industry.
