摘  要:通过对1号热镀锌线涂机涂辊开合机构驱动系统的现存问题进行分析,并针对性地提出对液压缸位置固定方式、液压缸和驱动臂连接形式以及驱动臂固定形式三方面的改造方案,彻底解决了驱动系统中液压缸螺纹头断裂造成带钢无法正常钝化的问题,为提高带钢钝化效果提供了有力保障,同时提高了设备有效作业率。By analyzing the existing problems of the driving system of the coating roll opening and closing mechanism of the coating machine of No.1 hot dip galvanizing line,this paper puts forward three transformation schemes for the position fixing mode of the hydraulic cylinder,the connection mode between the hydraulic cylinder and the driving arm and the fixing mode of the driving arm,which completely solves the problem that the strip steel cannot be passivated normally due to the fracture of the screw head of the hydraulic cylinder in the driving system.It provides a strong guarantee for improving the passivation effect of strip steel,and improves the effective operation rate of the equipment.
