摘 要:依据时间分辨荧光的基本原理,采用可编程逻辑器件(FPGA)和增益控制电路研制测铀分析仪。根据时间内插法提升系统最小时间分辨精度,依据不同物质荧光寿命长短的差异,通过FPGA输出精准测控时序,进行铀荧光信号的甄别;采用基于插值预测的自动档位调节算法进行铀荧光信号的最优参数选择,实现痕量铀的高精度测量。系统测试结果表明,基于时间分辨荧光测铀分析仪的稳定性、线性及精密度指标完全满足核行业及相关国家标准要求。Based on the basic principle of time-resolved fluorescence,a uranium analyzer was developed by using programmable logic device(FPGA)and gain control circuit.The minimum time resolution accuracy of the system was improved according to the time interpolation method.According to the difference of fluorescence life of different substances,the accurate measurement and control timing was output through FPGA to distinguish the uranium fluorescence signal.The automatic gear adjustment algorithm based on interpolation prediction was used to select the optimal parameters of uranium fluorescence signal,so as to realize the high-precision measurement of trace uranium.The experimental results showed that the stability,linearity and precision of the uranium analyzer based on time-resolved fluorescence fully meet the requirements of nuclear industry standards and relevant national standards.
